Our Story

Sadly, my love Eric crossed over to heaven on December 24th, 2022. He and I were real estate partners and I miss him greatly. Working gives me the motivation to keep going during my moments of greiving. I share this as our story because he is and will always be a part of my journey in life and in real estate.

Eric grew up in Michigan earning his BBA & MBA from the University of Miami. His background includes being a commercial loan officer, owning an insurance agency, and working as a residential builder.

As fate would have it…

Gloria grew up just blocks from Eric but did not meet him until taking a client to him to build a home.

Elementary education was Gloria’s college major with a minor in music. She loved to play the violin in symphonies and a string group that played for children’s schools, special education programs all to introduce children to classical music.

Eric and Gloria moved to 1 Key Capri condominiums in 2005 and began their Florida real estate careers specializing in beachfront condominium communities.

They married in 2014 surrounded by their family and friends and it was a joyous and happy occasion.

Gloria is a dedicated market savvy professional who puts her client’s satisfaction before all else. Attention to detail, superior people skills, and broad knowledge of the industry will give you the edge that you need in today’s market.

Strong negotiating skills, marketing expertise, and buyer/seller protection have gained respect in the community with both her colleagues and clients.
